Unicorn Theatre continues its IN-PROGRESS new play development series this Sunday, January 15th at 7:30 p.m. with a free reading of REPARATIONS by Darren Canady.

Directed by Ian R. Crawford, the reading features Teisha M. Bankston, Khalif Gillet, Karen Cline Wright, Amber McKinnon, Bradley J. Thomas, and Donovan Woods. Dramaturg and Stage Directions by Amanda Jane Shank.

Created to highlight new works by local and national playwrights, the last three seasons of IN-PROGRESS have resulted in four works being developed on the Unicorn stage, continuing their mission to foster the next generation of writers and produce regional premieres.

The IN-PROGRESS seas0n continues February 26th and April 9th with plays TBA. For more information on the January 15th reading, including how to reserve tickets, visit unicorntheatre.org. All readings take place at Unicorn’s space. While the event is free and open to the public, a donation is suggested.
