The Fishtank and UMKC Theatre have announced the creatives for ALONG THE LINE: A Rapid-Fire Theatrical Response to a Specific Moment in History.
A project devised by Heidi Van, ALONG THE LINE will focus on community-based generative theatrical responses using a framework of specifics – time, location and duration. The first project in the series features short plays written between the morning of January 10th through the evening of January 22nd.
“Looking back on that time now, it could be referred to as the calm before the storm,” says Fishtanks Artistic Director Heid Van. “Even though it wasn’t that calm.”
