Theatre in the Park’s production of GODSPELL, the musical re-telling of the Gospel according to St. Matthew, kicks off the organizations inaugural indoor season with a three-week run that continues through October 21st.
Directed by Bob Stewart, the production features Kyle Hyde (Jesus), Pete Kuhn (Judas), Weston Thomas (Nick), Ken Koval (George), Matt Robison (Telly), Pancha Brown (Anne Marie), Lindsay Chandler (Uzo), Erica Punch (Celisse), Sydney Normile (Morgan), and Lindsay Day (Lindsay).
Performed in the round, GODSPELL features music and lyrics by WICKED composer and lyricist Stephen Schwartz and features numbers such as “Day By Day,” “Prepare Ye the Way of The Lord” and “Turn Back, O Man”.
“GODSPELL is a beautifully crafted story that transcends Christianity,” Stewart said. “It reminds us that being kind and non-judgmental can be more powerful than threats and violence and that when you truly believe in the greater good, your sacrifices will never be in vain.”

Tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for seniors (60+) and $15 children (10 and under). Tickets for matinee performances are 20 percent off the regular price.
