Australian playwright Shane Adamczak will bring his 2017 Edmonton Fringe Festival hit THE MAN IN MY BEARD to Kansas City Fringe Festival.

Produced by Bryan Colley in association with Weeping Spoon Productions, and directed by Tara MF Varney, the production features local actors Bob Linebarger and J. Will Fritz with special effects by Jill Gillespie and Natalee Merola.

From the press release: “THE MAN IN MY BEARD is about a janitor who gets hit by a ray of experimental science and finds himself living inside another man’s beard. Surviving among the whiskers on crumbs of food, he secretly steers his host into making better life decisions, but when a mad scientist discovers the location of the lab’s missing janitor, everything – even love ballads – are in mortal danger!”

THE MAN IN MY BEARD runs July 21st – July 28th at the Arts Asylum. Tickets are $10 with a $5 Fringe button. For more information visit kc-fringe.com.
