In a co-production with UMKC’s Theatre Department, Unicorn Theatre has announced the cast and design team for Sarah DeLappe’s THE WOLVES.

Directed by Heidi Van, the cast features Carla Noack, Emilie Leia Karas, Chioma Anyanwu, Molliann McCulley, Lauren Moore, Hannah Elizabeth Freeman, Chelsea Kinser, Un Joo Christopher, Hannah Woosley, and Yetunde Felix-Ukwu.

The production team includes Tanya Brown (stage manager), Lydia Krause (assistant stage manager), Christian Taylor (scenic designer), Zach Kuhl (UMKC technical director), Bryce Foster (lighting designer), Zack Pierson (sound designer), Wallace McCanless (sound engineer), L.A. Clevenson (costume designer), Selena Gonzalez-Lopez (properties designer), Emily Swenson (dramaturg), and Kate Hershberger (production assistant).

Left Quad. Right Quad. Lunge. A fierce girls’ soccer team warms up for games and practice. From the safety of their indoor soccer field, the team kicks around everything from balls to politics. Each one struggles to hang on to her individuality while remaining a part of the group. THE WOLVES takes a first-hand look at nine young women exploring who they are and who they want to become in a complicated world.
